The flowers I sell are flowers I grow. Alongside the shop, I share gardening tips to encourage curiosity and help others find the pleasure in growing something of their own.

Life after menopause deserves attention, understanding, and joy. I share health care tips for postmenopausal women and clinical laboratory science information to encourage learning and thoughtful conversations with health care providers.
